PepBunny currently ships domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. Please check your local regulations before ordering research peptides. If your region is not available at checkout, contact our support team so we can explore shipping options.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination: domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Packaging & Handling
We package every order with care to ensure your peptides arrive in optimal condition. When necessary, we include cold packs or insulated materials to protect temperature-sensitive products. Packaging is discreet and unbranded for your privacy.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders—look out for promotions! Due to the research nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
